Typical installation timelines for steel chimneys

The time to complete an installation depends on the size and complexity of the chimney:

A 1 or 2-section chimney can be installed in just 1 day.
A 100-meter chimney typically takes 5 to 7 days.
Most installations are completed in under a week, but in special cases, the process may take up to 20 days, depending on the scope and site configuration.

To meet your needs, we offer

Tailored installations

We always tailor our installations to meet your specific needs and the configuration of your site. If there is a building involved, you can choose whether the chimney is installed before or after construction. Depending on this, we will use different cranes, so it’s important that we know your preference in advance. By closely coordinating with your team, we ensure that every part of the installation aligns with your schedule and requirements.

Integration with existing systems

We work closely with your team to ensure that the chimney is properly connected to the ducting system, as well as to the foundation or steel structure supporting the chimney. We provide the anchor basket in advance to ensure it is properly installed in the foundation and share detailed information about the ducting connection to ensure perfect alignment of flanges on-site.
