What do inspections involve?
Inspections include checking and controlling all structural components and the parts in contact with flue gases, as well as any additional equipment. These inspections are conducted in line with the EN norms to ensure that every aspect of your chimney is functioning safely and efficiently.
Do customers receive a report?
Yes. After each inspection or chimney survey, we provide a detailed report that includes findings and photos. If repairs are required, we typically include a quote for the necessary work, ensuring that you have all the information needed to take action.

Mandatory inspections for chimneys
According to EN standards, it is required to have:
- A quick inspection every 6 months to ensure basic operational safety.
- A more comprehensive inspection every 2 years, including a full structural assessment as required by EN 13084-1 & EN 13084-9 for industrial chimneys.
